Because - Who Mentors the Mentor?
Being part of a Mentoring Circle is the most profound Mentoring experience anyone can have.
The key concept of the Mentoring Circle is that the participants are both a Mentor and Mentee (at the same time), this gives each individual a unique insight and experience into how mentoring works and benefits everyone.
This is achieved by each person in the circle mentoring the person on their left.
There are a number of different ways Mentoring Circles can be setup in your group, organisation or business.
